Cut the brie into cubes and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. This softening step matters for getting that ultra-smooth whipped texture later.
Step 3- Blend Until Creamy
Place the cubes in a food processor and blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until the brie turns supremely smooth and creamy.
Step 4- Assemble the Dip
Spread the whipped brie onto a plate. Add a scoop of cranberry sauce in the center, then drizzle with the vegan hot honey.
Step 5- Garnish and Serve
Scatter the pistachios over the top and add a few rosemary pieces for garnish if desired. Serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.
